Every paid plan opens with a 7 day free trial. That trial is your evaluation period: it is the time to decide whether Pixentra HQ is right for you, and it costs nothing. With full access to the entire platform during your trial, you can explore everything Pixentra HQ offers before your first charge, so all purchases made after the trial are final and we do not issue refunds.

You can cancel at any moment. Cancelling stops every future charge and you keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for, after which your account simply drops back to the Free plan. Moving up to a higher tier is always allowed, at any time, and takes effect straight away.

Nothing renews without your knowledge and nothing is hidden. Cancelling takes two clicks in your account settings and stops every future charge straight away.

Your trial is the trial. You are not charged until day 8, and every feature of your plan is open during those 7 days. Cancel any time inside the trial and you pay nothing at all, so there is nothing to refund.

Monthly plans bill on the same date each month. When you cancel, the current month stays yours until its end date, which is shown in your account settings, and no further payment is taken. The month already paid for is not refunded.

Yearly plans are billed once up front for the full term. When you cancel, renewal is turned off and your membership runs to the end of that term rather than charging again. The term already paid for is not refunded, so please use your free trial to be sure a yearly plan is right for you before you commit.

Upgrading is always allowed. You can move from Plus to Pro Guild, or from either one to Elite Masterclass, at any point in your billing period, and the new tier unlocks the moment the change goes through. Because upgrades are handled as a change of plan rather than a new purchase, you never lose the time you have already paid for.

You can cancel whenever you like from your account settings. Cancelling stops future charges. You keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for. Nothing is deleted when your access ends. Your Photo Uploads, Vault, notes, and completed modules stay exactly where they are, and they come straight back if you subscribe again.

The one time Portfolio Audit is a made to order piece of work, so it is not refundable once purchased. If an audit fails to complete for a technical reason on our side, your credit is returned to your account automatically and you are never charged twice for the same audit.

Our order process is conducted by Stripe, which acts as Merchant of Record for our orders and handles billing, receipts, and payment support. Invoices, card updates, and cancellation are all in the billing portal linked from your account settings.

This policy never limits any refund right you hold under the consumer law of your own country. If you were charged in error, charged twice, or could not use what you paid for due to an issue on our end, email contact@pixentrahq.com and we will make it right.
