Terms and Conditions.

Pixentra HQ is operated by Pixentra HQ. By creating an account or continuing to use the service you agree to these terms. If you are using Pixentra HQ on behalf of a business, you confirm you have the authority to accept these terms for it. If you are using it as an individual, you confirm you are of legal age in your country.

Pixentra HQ is a Photography mentorship platform. You upload Photographs and receive written feedback, training modules, practice assignments, creative challenges, essays, and optional portfolio audits. Feedback is generated with the help of artificial intelligence and is educational opinion, not a guarantee of any commercial or artistic outcome.

Keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. Give us accurate information when you sign up and keep it current so we can reach you about your membership.

You keep full ownership of every Photograph you upload. You grant us a limited licence to store, display back to you, and process your images purely so we can provide the service, including sending them to our automated analysis systems to generate your feedback. We do not sell your images, we do not publish them, and we do not use them to train public models. You can delete any Photograph, or all of them, at any time.

Do not use Pixentra HQ for anything unlawful. Do not upload images you do not have the rights to, or images that are sexual content involving minors, hateful, harassing, or otherwise illegal. Do not attempt to break, probe, scrape, overload, or reverse engineer the service, and do not resell or redistribute the lessons, essays, or audits. Repeated or serious violations end the account.

The platform, the curriculum, the essays, the audit reports, the software, and the Pixentra HQ branding remain our intellectual property. Your membership grants you a limited, non exclusive, non transferable right to use them for your own learning within the plan you purchased.

Memberships renew automatically until cancelled. Monthly plans open with a 7 day free trial and are billed monthly after that. Yearly plans are billed once per year. You can cancel at any time from your account settings and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

Our order process is conducted by Stripe, which acts as Merchant of Record for our orders and handles payment, billing, tax, invoicing, and refunds. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are covered by the Stripe consumer terms. Our own guarantee is set out in the Refund Policy.

We work to keep Pixentra HQ running well, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error free service. Features may change, improve, or be retired over time. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits, lost bookings, lost data, or loss of goodwill. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where the law does not allow it to be excluded.

We may suspend or end access for material breach of these terms, non payment, fraud or security risk, or repeated policy violations. You can close your account whenever you like. If your account ends you may export or delete your uploads first.
